Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy
We will do everything to give you the best shopping experience you have had. Our Shipping, Returns, Exchange and Refund policies are written in the best of interest for our esteemed customers.
Elitify strives to the fullest for offering you a seamless experience when you order with us, hence, please note the further explanation of order confirmation & shipping -
1. Order Confirmation: While we work round the clock to procure exclusive merchandise just for you from our brand partners/authorised brand partners from USA and Italy, we spend a little extra time to make sure that you receive the perfect merchandise. Post the order placement, one of Elitify's client experience agent will call you on your registered mobile number with us and confirm the sizes, explain the delivery timelines and make sure to note everything important about the order. This process is completed within 24-48 hours of your order placement. In some cases, where we are not able to contact you in the first attempt, don't worry, we shall followup over call, e-mail/text and make sure to connect over next days, based on your availability.
2. Pre-Payment for First Time Orders: In case you order first time with Elitify and you have chosen to pay through Cash on Delivery (subjected to service and slab availability), we may ask you to part pay a small percentage of your total order amount (placed on COD only) to make sure that we deliver the hassle free first time experience. This amount, once collected is adjusted against the total order amount and the balance will remain on Cash/Pay on Delivery. This amount may vary depending upon the total order amount.
3. Shipping Time-lines: The estimated shipping timelines are mentioned along with every product and we do our best to deliver within the promised date. Please note that the delivery timelines , especially in case of international or made to order handcrafted shoes, the timelines does not include the order verification timelines.
We would further request you to read our policies for specific merchandise you may wish to buy.
What can I return or exchange?
We happily take returns and exchange merchandise purchased in case of size issues ONLY. All related returns due to size issues need to be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery and article must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please read our detailed guidelines below for hassle free Return & Exchange.
- Elitify will facilitate a reverse pick-up of the merchandise within 48-72 hours from the time the customer informs us of the return through an email or call.
- Returned merchandise should be sent in the original condition. Used merchandise cannot be sent back again and will disable any further exchange or returns.
- The original packaging of the ordered merchandise should be intact and in saleable condition.
- Elitify reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure it is re-saleable and eligible for exchange.
- The exchange is subject to availability of the ordered product. We would request you to inform us within 7 days. In case the exchange is unavailable, you may take another merchandise of same or higher value or request us for a store credit.
- The package must be sealed appropriately to ensure the safety of the product while in transit
- The address label on the package must be affixed properly
- Elitify will not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to inappropriate packaging
- Please note, that we designed each box to deliver your shipment in immaculate condition. To ensure that the Return you send to us is safe and secure, we have designed the box to bring back the merchandise in the same condition. Furthermore, this ensures that the purchase you return to us is safe and secure and reaches us without any tampering from any other third party.
- Exchange request can be entertained only ONCE. Most of the merchandise we sell are imported on demand and If you are not sure about your size, please contact us or refer to our size guidelines before placing your order, Elitify holds the rights to not accept any returns / exchanges from customers who will abuse the above Return and Exchange policy
Returning or exchanging for reasons other than product defect is a privilege offered to the customers. If any customer is found to be abusing this privilege, then Elitify holds the right to not accept any returns / exchanges from such customers. Please do care about the following for hassle fee returns and exchange:
- Merchandise with tags removed.
- Merchandise that smell of cigarette smoke, body odour or perfume.
- Merchandise that have lotion or body glitter on them.
- Merchandise that have human & animal/pet hair on them.
- Merchandise that are soiled or stained.
- Merchandise not returned in original packaging.
Sale or Clearance Items. This means you cannot return a clearance sale item due to dislike, quality, sizing, or colour change. It is a final Sale.
The above items that are not eligible for returns and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority and we will do our best to have you as our patron for life. Therefore, shop with confidence and we promise to deliver a delightful experience.
If you want to modify your order and have not hit the place your order button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary. Once you’ve hit the order button, your order has gone through. If you want to make a change in your order, you can inform us with changes to your order within 24 hours on firstname.lastname@example.org
Once the order gets confirmed by the vendor, we may not be able to make any changes to your order. We would like to tell you that we specially procure merchandise post you order on Elitify.com. In case of cancellation due to dislike or any change of plans, Elitify reserves the rights to refund or offer an exchange voucher.
Elitify will not accept cancellations due to returns of items from the following categories under the change of mind/did not like policy under any circumstances
- Cosmetics & Fragrances
- Home Décor & Kitchenware
- Men & Women Accessories – Belts, Bracelets, Cufflink, Wallets, Jewellery, Pocket Square, Ties etc.
- Men & Women Apparels – Dress, Suits, Shirts, Trouser, Tops, Woollen Sweaters, cardigans
Cancellation due to following will only be acceptable for refund in store credit. We would always try to arrange a replacement if available.
- The product is faulty/damaged on arrival or is not of acceptable quality; It should be informed via email on email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear images
- The product does not match the sample or our description; It should be informed via email on firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of delivery with clear images. We will check the details and then would take a final call on the replacement( subject to availability) of the delivered article.
We do refund in case we are unable to procure your ordered merchandise. We would like to tell you that we work on fast and moving inventory items available with our trusted vendors across the globe. Since our curation is exclusive for you, it may happen that some merchandise may go back ordered with our vendors due to limited quantities with our vendors. We understand that you ordered it for an occasion, if it is unavailable we will always do our best to get you an extended support from our style concierge. You can write to our experienced and trained customer support team at email@example.com to give you available options in stock or similar merchandise. Make a selection from the alternatives provided and will ensure fast delivery. If you chose to refund and place an order later, we will refund the amount in the same mode of payment used in next 5-7 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Most refunds post on your account within 2-5 business days, please ask for transactions details in case if it does not show up.
Refund in form of store credit will be issued within 48-hours. The refund in the form of store credit will be valid for upto a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
Gift Cards purchased can only be used to make purchase at Elitify.com and the amount paid can't be refunded to the source through which the payment was made. All gift cards purchased will be only valid for one year from the date of issuance.
No refund will be done for shipping charges for orders value below INR 4000. In case we are unable to fulfill the order we will refund you back in full.
All replacement orders due to size and transit damages issues will be eligible for replacement. Elitify reserves the rights to check the returned merchandise for replacement. Read the Return and Exchange policies to know more.
You will be able to exchange for the same item in a different size, in case it is unavailable we may issue you a store credit valid upto a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Replacement for any size issue will be done only once.
Please return original Brand packaging and other packaging contents for shoes, Shirts and Sunglasses for replacement. In case any essential or mentioned packaging component is found missing, the replacement request will be cancelled and the items will be shipped back to you.
Shipping Charges :
Elitify offers free shipping within India on order value* above Rs. 4,000. A Shipping charge of Rs. 149 is applicable on order value* of Rs. 3,999 or less.

- First, add the item or items to your cart. Then proceed to checkout (don’t worry—proceeding to checkout doesn’t make you obliged to purchase anything). Enter your address in the billing and shipping fields. Once you change the country, the page will show you the shipping charges. It is calculated on the basis of dimensional weight of the items plus the country you want to ship it to. We prefer it via sending through DHL/FedEX
- Liquids, hazardous, oversize and easily damaged items cannot be shipped internationally.
- Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally, please write to us at email@example.com and will confirm and see all possibilities to deliver it.
What is a store credit?
A store credit is “as good as cash” and is securely stored in your account on Elitify, Valid for upto 30 days from the date of issue. It can be used for any future purchases
How do I return in case of size issue ?
In case your ordered merchandise is eligible for return as per the above policy, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be glad to process the return or exchange for you.
